**What you'll do**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify potential clients through cold calling, market research, and lead generation.
- **Client Outreach**: Initiate cold calls to introduce products or services and identify client needs.
- **Pitching**:Present and promote products or services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- **Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed cold calling and sales targets on a regular basis.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

**What you should have**:

- strong cold calling and communication skills.
- Previous cold calling or sales experience is advantageous.
- Results-oriented and self-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
