**Job Title**: Admin Executive

**Location**: Bengaluru, India

**Salary/Rate**: Competitive

**Working Days**: 6 days a week (6th Day WFH)

- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for day to day running of the organisation
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, equipments and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation / cost tracking
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Ensure business operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Sourcing & Managing Vendors for various business needs like Travel, Stay, local transport, office supplies, event related needs etc.
- Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assist the Production Manager with shoot requirements and vendor coordination
- Assist the HR department with paperwork and additional support as and when needed.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as administration manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
- Resourcefulness, Problem-solving attitude and attention to details
- A team player with great communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours / days as per the sports / shoot calendar
