Job Title: Food Safety Quality Control Technician

Location: Expovan, Pollachi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the laboratory and conduct routine tests to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain records of laboratory test results and analyze data for quality control purposes
- Monitor and assess production processes to identify potential food safety risks and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with the production team to implement and maintain food safety and quality control protocols
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO 22000, BRCGs, and SA 8000 standards
- Train and educate employees on food safety practices and quality control procedures
- Participate in external audits and certifications processes
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to food safety and quality control

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Biotechnology or a related field (freshers with relevant educational background are also acceptable)
- Experience in food safety and quality control is preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Familiarity with ISO 22000, BRCGs, and SA 8000 certifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
