**Role & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist with a well-rounded knowledge of the Kitchen & Wardrobe Industry with leadership qualities to work with a team of fun-loving and dedicated individuals and join us on an innovative journey that we call IMobler. **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As an Operations Lead at IMobler, your responsibilities will range from client front end, detailed understanding, and validation to design projects, development, and coordination from concept to installation stages.
- You will have to work closely with the Design Team, Marketing Team, Installation Partners, and Suppliers in order to deliver to customers the best Product Experience.
- You need to have command of different design software like KDmax, Google Sketch-Up, 3Ds Max, and VRay for leading the Designing Team from the front to deliver Photorealistic quality designs to the clients.
- We require you to bring in your knowledge and experience in kitchen and wardrobe design and aid us in strategizing to take the company forward.
- You will need to be well-versed in the industry parlance and have a well-rounded knowledge of Kitchen and Wardrobe modules, raw materials, and hardware.
- You will be managing and developing projects from concept stages to final installation.
- Ensure timely conversion and smooth onboarding for our customers. In short, make them love our products.
- Create business opportunities by speaking with potential customers across geographies and industries.
- Identify customer needs and requirements.
- Maximize the revenue pipeline by optimizing the sales process.
- You will be responsible for managing a Team that shall be directly reporting to you which shall be working as a unit to ensure smooth working from start to end.
- Enabling this community to perform, grow and flourish is a direct indication of the effort you have built-in. Any improvements with this team will be attributed towards your achievement.

**Academic and Professional Qualifications**:

- Minimum Master’s/Post-graduate with expertise in Marketing and sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience into sales and relationship building with clients.
- Interior Designing exposure will be an add-on.
- Person should be a go-getter, energetic, willing to learn and presentable
- Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Energetic and motivated individual with good track record.
- Exceptional communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
