We have an immediate requirement for Customer Support Executive who can speak Spanish fluently

Experience:

- 1year-3years(Spanish is mandate even Beginner can be considered)
Shift:

- Night Shift
Work from office.

Note:

- No cab facility is provided

**Key skills:

- **
- Fluent Communication.
- Spanish Language is mandate.
- Should have American or Neutral accent.
- Should not have strong Indian/Regional Accent or Mother Tongue Influence.
- Multi-tasking & Typing Skills - 30WPM
- Prior International Calling Experience (Inbound) (North America) is preferred

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.
- Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
- Solving all product or service related issues of the customers.
- Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services.
- Keeping a proper record of the customers.
- Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
- Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
- Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
- Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed
- Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly. Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services;
- keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;

**Job Types**: Permanent

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
