We're looking for a **CRM Executive **to join our team. Your role involves managing post-sale activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting payment collection targets. You'll be responsible for coordinating with customers, handling grievances, and facilitating smooth processes from booking to possession. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Agreement for Sale Registration process.
- Manage customer relationships and achieve monthly payment collection targets.
- Provide project information and updates to customers as needed.
- Handle customer grievances related to payments, loans, and possession.
- Coordinate with the team for instalment tracking and document processing.
- Ensure a smooth possession process and resolve client queries.
- Assist customers with sales documentation and loan processes.
- Prepare and execute project agreements, and manage registration.
- Generate demand and reminder letters, and resolve interest-related issues.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in Real Estate.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Time management skills, honesty, and hardworking attitude.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Weekend only

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
