**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the company's databases or information systems.
- **Documentation**: Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks to ensure organized and accessible information.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Order Processing**:Handle order processing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels to meet organizational needs.
- **Employee Support**: Provide support to customers regarding inquiries, issues, or requests.
- **Finance Support**: Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic accounting functions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in back-office processes.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- **Process Management**: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective.
- Managing Front Desk as & when required
- **Procurement**: Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and price negotiation.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records of transactions, contracts, and other important documents. Ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.

**Desired Skill Set**:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) or other relevant tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
- Comfortable with using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and other relevant tools for document creation, management, and communication.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
