- Date: Feb 29, 2024- Location: Paonta Sahib - Quality Assurance- Company: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd- Preparation of Annual Product Review and timely closure of Annual Product Review.
- Queries response to QP/Customers.
- Maintaing controlled sample storage room of the facility including periodic visual inspection, cataloguing and periodic review of the software's and organizing the documents.
- Preparation of Product Risk Assesment Report.
- Initiation, Review & Approval of Change management.
- Handling of Market complaints & Product recall.
- Initiation & QA review of Deviation Management.
- Review & Approval of all document related to vendor management.
- Approval of artwork & vendor proof in Artwork Management System.
- Initiation & Review of SOs, Specifications, STPs.
- Customer responsiveness with respect to sharing of QMS records.
- Initiation & review of vendor Qualification documents, QM/QI view requests, Code to code transfer Requests, Specification Linkage Requests and Shelf - Life and retest Period extension.
- Review & effectiveness checks of CAPA in QMS.
- Implementation and closure of all CAPA.
- Initiation & review of protocols & reports.
- Interface with QP/QA responsbile person /RS responsible persons of countries of product distribution for providing services related to business continuity.
- Implementation of GQS/ Regulatory Compliance / Customer /CQA requirement and Training etc.
- Preparing & Sharing of QMS reports.
