Executive- Packing Material Purchase

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that all packing materials comply with regulatory requirements set by agencies such as the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or equivalent regulatory bodies in different regions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that packing materials meet strict quality standards necessary for pharmaceutical products.
- **Supplier Qualification**: Evaluate and select suppliers of packing materials based on their ability to meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and reliability.
- **Packaging Design and Development**: Collaborate with packaging engineers and designers to develop innovative and functional packing solutions that meet the specific requirements of pharmaceutical products, such as tamper-evident packaging and child-resistant containers.
- **GMP Compliance**: Ensure that all packing materials are manufactured and handled according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product integrity and safety.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks related to packing materials, such as contamination, compatibility issues, or packaging failures, to prevent potential harm to patients or product efficacy.
- **Supply Chain Management**: Manage the supply chain for packing materials, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure uninterrupted supply to manufacturing facilities.
- **Cost Management**: Develop strategies to optimize costs associated with packing materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing material processes, efficiency, and quality, leveraging tools such as Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and product development to ensure alignment and coordination in packing material-related activities.
- **Documentation and Recordkeeping**: Maintain accurate documentation and records related to packing materials, including specifications, testing results, and compliance documentation, to support regulatory submissions and audits.
- **Environmental Sustainability**: Promote environmentally sustainable practices in packing material selection and design, such as using recyclable or biodegradable materials and minimizing packaging waste.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
