We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at our 2-wheeler automobile dealership. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the dealership's administrative functions and providing support to the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate appointments and maintain the calendar.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams.
- Ensure the maintenance of a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Monitor and manage the dealership's social media presence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate from Secretarial college.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
