**Roles & Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concurrent Auditor to join our team at EHFL. As a Concurrent Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting real-time audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Your primary focus will be on monitoring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, identifying potential risks, and recommending appropriate control measures.

1. Conduct concurrent audits of Home Loan products, loan disbursements, collections, and other operational activities to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

2. Verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries, loan documents, and supporting documentation.

3. Identify and report any deviations, irregularities, or non-compliance with established procedures or regulatory requirements.

4. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

6. Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts, ledgers, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies or fraudulent activities.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Credit, Legal, and Compliance, to address audit findings, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.

8. Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations, and present them to management and relevant stakeholders.

**Pre-Requisites**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CA/CA-Intermediate or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
2. Proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on concurrent auditing.
3. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.
4. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements applicable to housing finance companies in India.
5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear and concise audit reports and present findings to various stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent audits while adhering to strict deadlines.
8. Ethical conduct, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
