The company
**What we expect**:
1.Act as Company Secretary of TK Elevator India and spearhead compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 including Board / Committee / General Meetings, filing of returns, maintenance of statutory records and registers, etc

2.Ensure all other statutory compliances as stipulated under applicable corporate laws like RBI, FEMA, POSH, Factory related compliances etc.

3. Lead all allied corporate activities like financial facility documentation, Bank Account signatory management, CSR, etc.

4. As head of legal function, provide legal support and advice to management team in India on day-to-day business issues in order to secure and protect the rights and interests of the organization as well as mitigate future risks.

5. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing various types of legal documents like customer / vendor contracts, lease deeds, affidavits, indemnities, POA, NDA, etc.

6. Manage PAN India disputes and litigations, involving drafting, reviewing and vetting of legal documents, meeting with customers and vendors, managing external counsel, MIS reporting, etc.

7. Render legal advice on various labor, employment and HR related matters.

8. Support to Company’s Compliance Manager in Compliance related topics like anti-trust and anti-corruption.

9. Manage Real Estate and Insurance functions.

10. Provide requisite secretarial and legal support to Bangladesh operations.

**Who we are looking for**:
1. Must be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India

2. Should have sound knowledge of FEMA provisions/FDI Policy

3. Should be an LLB. LLM will be an advantage.

4. Have strong communication skills, including English.

5. Previous experience in an international company.

6. Excellent drafting skills

7. Should have an eye for detail.

8. Problem solving and analytical skills.

9. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

10. Good team player and enjoy being part of an international legal team and sharing best practices.
