**Job Description: FNB Service Steward (Waiter)**
- We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an FNB Service Steward (Waiter). As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience._

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Offer recommendations on menu items and provide information on specials or promotions.

2. Order Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders, ensuring that all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff. Verify the correctness of orders before serving them to guests.

3. Table Maintenance: Set up tables and maintain them during service, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guest, adhering to established service standards.

4. Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation. Stay updated on menu changes, new additions, and any seasonal specials.

5. Upselling: Proactively promote additional food and beverage options to guests, maximizing sales opportunities and enhancing their dining experience. Encourage guests to try new items or pairings to increase overall satisfaction.

6. Cash Handling: Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, using the designated Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cash handling stations, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and other colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Communicate any guest concerns or special requests to the appropriate team members.

8. Cleanliness and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work area. Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices, promoting a safe environment for both guests and staff.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, although we are willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

2. Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

4. Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy and timely service.

5. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

6. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and walking.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
