**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize company files and records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts using Tally software, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally software and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
