Inside Sales Executive

**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (B-C, International Voice Process - US)**
**(NIGHT SHIFT ONLY)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to articulate product/service features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in an international voice process targeting the US market. (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (English Fluency Mandatory)
- Ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Working Hours: 7:30 PM- 4:30 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
