**Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper**

As an Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping responsibilities, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of administrative functions and maintaining accurate financial records for the organization. Your role involves performing various administrative tasks as well as managing financial transactions and records. Your duties include:
**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- **Calendar Management**: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for managers and staff. Maintain calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems. Verify accuracy of data, perform data analysis, and generate reports as needed to support decision-making and operations.
- **Correspondence**: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in written communications.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls or messages to appropriate personnel. Greet visitors and assist with visitor reception and hospitality.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes. Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist with project coordination, tracking, and follow-up. Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
