Distribution Sales Executive / Officer - Salary + DA + Attractive Incentives

As a Distribution Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing our network of distributors in assigned territory, developing a distribution strategy to increase revenue and market share, and negotiating distribution agreements.

**What you'll do**:
You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure the effective representation of our products in the market. Specifically, you'll be responsible for:

- Identifying and selecting suitable distributors to represent our company's products
- Negotiating distribution agreements with distributors
- Managing relationships with existing distributors
- Providing training and support to distributors to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products
- Developing marketing materials and promotional strategies
- Analyzing sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Reporting on sales activities and progress to senior management

**What you'll need**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 years of experience in distribution sales, business development, or a related field
- A proven track record of success in developing and managing a network of distributors
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
