**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our têxtile products.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about products.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- **Sales Support**:

- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and after-sales services.
- Encourage customers to visit the showroom for a better understanding of the products.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain a customer database and update it with new information obtained during calls.
- Document call information, customer inquiries, and feedback accurately.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed sales and call targets as set by the management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate customer visits and follow-up actions.
- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing or business administration is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the têxtile or retail industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in [local language] and English.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Working Conditions**:
