Business Execution Administrator

Business Excellence team provides support for transaction underwriting, managing production risk, and implementation of policies and procedures that support the home lending process. As part of Wells Fargo Home Lending, Business excellence identifies and adopts best practices and controls in relation to retail mortgage products.
Production Quality Support manages risk and provides oversight and inspection of the loan manufacturing processes for the home lending organization. This team consists multiple functions that: detect and mitigate fraud; provide 3rd party inspection services to improve quality and performance; address and resolve borrower escalations.
The Team Member will be joining the Retail Operational Self Assurance (ROSA) Front Line of Defense Compliance Testing team. They will perform Self-Assurance Activity and Post-Fund regulatory compliance testing consistent with the Wells Fargo Self-Assurance Activities Policy and overall Risk Management Framework.
**Responsibilities Include**
- Testing, review and validation of all credit policies, including but not limited to: Benefit to Borrower, Flood Insurance, Title Process, Trust Process, Right of Rescission, Path of Assistance Process, and Program Cash Back Limits
- Review of applicable policies to ensure loan meets company, agency, and investor guidelines including: TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure, Regulation B, Regulation Z, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Affairs
- Perform periodic compliance risk reporting to business partners for effective tracking and reporting of risk items and issues
- Effective decision making skills
- Examine transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure documents are consistent and uphold company and industry guidelines
**Desired Qualifications**
- Knowledge and understanding of mortgage quality assurance
- Knowledge and understanding of underwriting policies and procedures, investor guidelines, and regulatory updates
- Knowledge and understanding of government and conventional loans
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis
- 3+ years of overall experience in Compliance/Quality Assurance discipline
