Senior Business Execution Administrator

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator.
In this role, you will:
- Support the operations of a specific business line
- Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
- Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
- Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
- Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
- Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
- Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
- Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
- Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
- 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator. The role requires a strong demonstration on functional and job-specific knowledge required. Accurately process high volumes of work, within established deadlines. Examines and delivers as per the required quality, following the laid down procedures and under guidance. Constructively challenge the usual approach to doing things and find new and better ways to do the job.
Responsibilities:
SharePoint TMs will support migration and rebuilding of intranet sites, solutions and content in SharePoint Online (SPOL). They will help analyse the needs, develop requirements and manage the building and rebuilding of content within SharePoint. Solutions may utilize out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality, existing vendor plug-ins or home-grown customizations.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4-6 years experience in SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online
- Ability to understand and support Power Automate forms and solutions
- Ability to create SharePoint Power Automate workflow
- Write detailed business requirements, change control and use cases in standard documents
- Facilitate requirement discussions
- Facilitate walkthroughs of business requirements and use cases
- Evaluate and current processes. Recommend and model current and new business processes
- Understand Sharepoint migration and upgrade concepts and processes
- Ability to work closely as a part of a team in both a local (face-to-face) setting as well as with team members in other locations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Customer and product-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail
