Overview:
As a Chief of Staff for Global Product Support, your major responsibilities will be to:
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from conceptualization through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed as per the plan
- Coordinate with Global Product Support and other department leaders to implement key initiatives
- Provide timely and accurate reporting related to the projects’ status and execution.
- Drive insights from data collected to recommend project/organization improvement
- Build cadence and agenda for leadership meetings, facilitate them, and help deliver company-wide communication around strategic initiatives and priorities
- Own implementation and ongoing maintenance of external tools including Service Cloud, Customer Portal and productivity tools for GPS
- Responsible for driving the knowledge management program in support
What you'll bring to the team:
- 10-12 years of experience in internal or external customer-facing roles
- 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in Strategy, Business Operations and Project Management
- ITIL / Project Management (PMP) / Agile Scrum Master certifications are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and building executive communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire the operationalization of Business Strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Proven track record in a Services organization or in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
