LOOKING FOR A GENERAL MANAGEMENT & CONTENT COORDINATION INTERN (starts in May).
- Interview points: the requirement is remote, needs high speed internet, MS Office & google workspace knowledge, a functional computer/laptop system that can run these softwares, fluency in English, working proficiency of Hindi, 3 hours per day

Stipend: 8-10k per month.
Stint: 2-3 months (with 1 month trial period)

WORK INCLUDES:

- Maintain project folders
- Assist Project Manager(s) in organizing information and asset management or various stakeholders on assigned project(s)
- Keep documents up to date with client feedback
- Assist in follow-ups, internal team communication on project updates etc.

TOP PRIORITIES:
1. Detail Oriented: Beady-eyed attention to detail; the work involves organising and internally passing around a lot of information & brand assets -- while we will provide all the info & access that you need to get a job done, we will not do a line-by-line / word-by-word QCing of your work. It's essential that you pay attention to what you're doing even if it's seemingly mundane.
2. Organisation Skills: Collation & Organisation of (lots of information)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in google workspace ecosystem
- Familiarity with Miro & Asana or a keen interest in learning both
- Aptitude/interest in what it takes to deliver high-quality intense marketing comms. projects and provide design services to corporates
- Good communication skills
- Keen problem solving

If you're interested in understanding how a large project can be made achievable by breaking it down into many smaller parcels; if you aspire to be a client-facing project manager one day for all sorts of creative projects, this stint may prove useful. This is not a glamorous role; it's an essential role - involves doing the non-glamourous grunt work behind the glamorous work that graphic designers & content marketers produce eventually (which, tbh, we ourselves do, to this day.)
