**B2B IT Sales**

, Night Shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential US IT customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.

2. Engage in proactive business development activities to establish and maintain relationships with clients.

3. Understand client needs and requirements to effectively present solutions and services provided by the IT consulting company.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting specific market segments and achieving sales targets.

5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

7. Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns, market trends, and sales performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, with experience in dealing with US customers.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

7. Flexibility to work the night shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM) to accommodate US time zones.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
