You will provide guidance, advice, business strategies and expertise to the team.Mentors/advisors will work closely with individuals or teams within our organization, offering insights, feedback, and support to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of our projects and initiatives

We are looking for retired professionals who are available throughout.

Experience
- Proven experience in IT solutions and products, with a strong background in software development, network infrastructure, data analytics, Cloud computing, product management. etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach others.
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance in a professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to mentoring.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to team members in areas such as technical skills development, project management, problem-solving, etc.
- Offer insights and advice based on your industry experience and expertise.
- Help identify and address challenges or obstacles hindering individual or team performance.
- Collaborate with other mentors/advisors and leadership to create a supportive and productive learning environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform mentoring activities

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
