Mobile Repairing

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose hardware issues in mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Repair or replace damaged components, such as screens, batteries, buttons, cameras, speakers, and other parts.
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning and performance of repaired devices.
- Provide accurate repair estimates to customers and communicate repair options and recommendations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring they are properly stocked.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain records of repairs, including parts used, services performed, and customer information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in mobile device repair, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of mobile device components, operating systems, and common repair techniques.
- Proficient in using repair tools and equipment, such as screwdrivers, soldering irons, and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with different mobile device brands and models.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and repair methods.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
