Responsibilities:

Diagnose hardware issues in mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
Repair or replace damaged components, such as screens, batteries, buttons, cameras, speakers, and other parts.
Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning and performance of repaired devices.
Provide accurate repair estimates to customers and communicate repair options and recommendations.
Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring they are properly stocked.
Keep uptodate with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain records of repairs, including parts used, services performed, and customer information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in mobile device repair, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of mobile device components, operating systems, and common repair techniques.
Proficient in using repair tools and equipment, such as screwdrivers, soldering irons, and diagnostic software.
Excellent problemsolving and diagnostic skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with different mobile device brands and models.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and repair methods.
