**Responsibilities**:
- Provide detailed information about company's courses, programs, and resources to help students make informed decisions.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their individual needs, abilities, and career aspirations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company's curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment systems.
- Monitor student progress and performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to address student concerns, resolve issues, and optimize learning experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, curriculum changes, and college admission requirements.
- Conduct workshops and informational sessions for students, parents, and educators on academic planning, college preparation, and other relevant topics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of counseling sessions, student interactions, and academic plans.
- Assist in the development of counseling resources, including guides, handouts, and online materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents effectively.
- Empathetic and supportive approach, with the ability to understand and address individual student needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
