We are looking for Female Sales Coordinator for AGES Pvt Ltd.

Experience Req: 1+ Years

Qualification: Graduation

Experience in Agriculture or Irrigation Industry is preferred.
- Strong communication abilities.
- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
- Ability to listen and solve problems
- Explore the business opportunities in large Gaushalas, Dairy farms, religious sites

Hydroponics - Wheat Grass business.
- Creating Lease based business model
- Creating dealership model across the country
- Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations.
- To develop a business plan for Hydroponics Technology in Domestic Trade, Exports, Govt. & Institutional accounts etc.

To contribute further towards innovation & improvement of the machine.
- Achieve revenue and profitability for business as per set targets.
- Reduction of manufacturing cost compatible to market.
- Overall managing the installation of Hydroponics machine i.e. Climate Controlled, Poly House, Shade Net, Green House, Cold Storage, Fan Pad etc. & ensuring timely delivery & commissioning of machine with zero defect.
- Keep the expenses within budget and ensures the profitability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
