Profile: Sales Coordinator

BASIC QUALIFICATION:
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Year of Experience Required : 2 to 6 Years

Field of Experience : Sales Coordinator/Sales Backened Support

**Responsibilities**:
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order status updates.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

Quotations making

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, update contact information, and track sales activities. Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM system.

Sales Coordination: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events related to sales activities. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling.

**Required Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
