We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication and sales skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads list.
- Introduce our products/services to customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products/services.
- Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to engage customers in conversation and build rapport quickly.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a desire to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
