Admin Compliance Officer

**1. Administrative Activities.**
- Collaborate with contractors and verify essential documents, including bills and AMC contracts.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and liaise with the accounts department for payment release.
- Housekeeping and Security Oversight.
- Maintain accurate records of all office assets, including equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining all necessary records.
- Handle legal matters related to administration and compliance, working with legal counsel as needed.
- Administration Support to staff to facilitate the smooth functioning of daily task.
- Manage petty cash funds efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Accounting of all the bills in the system.
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties and tasks as assigned.
- Additional Administrative Activities.
- Assist in various general administrative activities and projects as needed.
- Inventory management.
- Factory Round daily or as and when required.
- CCTV Monitoring.
- HIGG Audit.
- GRS Audit.

- Maharashtra Pollution Control Board - Consent
- Fire NOC
- Permission Certificate from Gram Panchayat

- Hydraulic Loading Platform
- Drinking Water Test Report, Ambient Air Quality, Noise Level, and Illumination Monitoring
- Minimum wager circular
- List of holidays
- Pest Control Contract
- D.G set approval
- Standing order
- Appointment order - Sr M.R.
- Appointment order - H&S M.R.
- NGO - communication
- Electrical Contractor agreement
- Indira Gandhi Hospital - Agreement copy.
- Pest Control Report
- List of toilets, first aid kits, drinking water location
- List of machinery
- Organisation chart
- Process flow chart
- Election process of workers’ representative
- Medical certificate of canteen employees
- Weighing scale verification certificate.
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
