**Junior Admin Associate**
**Who We Are**
**About the Role**
The person in this role will work directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer and support them with a variety of responsibilities We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, quick learner, has good observation skills and is focused.
**As a Junior Admin Associate, you will**
- Support in documentation and filing of compliance that comes under the Factory Act like Fire NOC, MPCB, Factory License renewal, ISO certification renewal, and any other projects that come under it
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as per requirement
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels as per requirement
- To ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices through team members.
- File incident and observation reports for first aid, near miss, and critical incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts and placing orders for essential supplies and services
- Handle ISO 9001 & 13485 documentation and audits, timely closure of all the audit observations, and ensure implementation of actions
- Handle IT related work
- Maintain and update Safety and Factory related signboards
- Checking and ensuring that all employees are acting in adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- Manage the contracts aligned with procurement for the renewals and finalizing of the contracts in a timely manner
- Support in any other HR and Administration related work such as data entry, attendance monitoring, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
**The skills and experience required are**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field
- 0-3 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Computer skills for platforms including GSuite and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work full time
**Things that are nice to have**
- Knowledge of Factory Act related compliances
- Experience in using Tally
