- Responsible for all microbial activities.
- Make Purchase Requisition for Lab requirements.
- Record Maintaining of microbiological Quality Records.
- Interaction with other departments for Quality.
- Responsible of all microbial Quality Analysis Results.
- Reporting to Quality Assurance Officer.
- Assisting officer in meeting the food safety objectives & action plan.
- Lab cleaning and sanitization
- Proper media preparation & proper stacking
- Swab test sampling & record
- Oyalo Outlet QA Audit
- Audit Scope: Hygiene & Safety, Equipment, Product Service excellence, Sales, Inventory & Cash management, Statutory Compliance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
