We are looking to hire a supervisor to our wedding venue "The Space" in Dindigul

The following will be the job responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the wedding venue, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance.

Ensure that all wedding events are executed smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for clients and their guests.

Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, and DJs, to ensure that all details are accounted for and that events run according to schedule.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, ensuring that all communication is prompt, courteous, and clear.

Manage a team of wedding coordinators and support staff, providing training, direction, and support as needed.

Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all events are executed in a safe and responsible manner, with a focus on minimizing risk and liability.

Work closely with the venue's sales and marketing team to ensure that events are marketed effectively and that the venue is well-represented in the community.

Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring that events are executed within budget and that revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the wedding industry, and continually seek to improve the venue's offerings and services.

Act as a representative of the venue in the community, attending events and building relationships with key stakeholders to promote the venue's services and reputation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
