**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Communicate and work with clients in the U.S. to support their business.
- Assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolutions.
- Updating data in Excel and Google Docs.
- Creating and updating Product documentation, customer success documentation
- Managing and updating project progress updates
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements.

**Must have skills & and competencies**:

- Ability to think quickly and respond to a customer's needs.
- Very good communication skills in English are a must, as the customers are all in the U.S.
- Experience with CRM, and related ticketing systems and programs.
- Knowledge of MS-Office (MS-word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Google software (Meet, Chat, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide timely solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing customer information and inquiries.

**Eligibility**:
Masters in business administration / bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering
