Business head for one of the four zones of Railofy across India, responsible for P&L of cities within the zone

Responsible for launching and managing operations for multiple cities in respective region, including kitchen setup, food vendors, delivery teams and logistics

Identify and manage relationships with partners / restaurants / vendors including business closure and negotiations

Setup processes for hiring, training and managing city level delivery & kitchen teams

Coordinate closely with business partners, database team, F&B team and backend operations to ensure efficient on-ground operations, contribute to team training and development

Assess food quality and curate menu items for the city to drive business growth in coordination with business analytics and database teams

**Requirements**:
Strong communication skills and street-smart with business acumen

5+ years experience in on-field operations and vendor / account management

Experience in food business or delivery operations

Comfortable with Excel and online database / reporting tools

Willing to travel extensively to cities in India by train

Motivation to learn in a growing startup environment, and take up additional responsibilities

Graduate in any field

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
