Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at goSTOPS, India's fastest-growing backpacker hostel brand. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests visiting our properties.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Check guests in and out of the hostel, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Manage phone calls, and messages and redirect calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Organize and maintain files and records, updating them as required.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documents and spreadsheets.
- Assist in bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
- Perform inventory checks as and when required.
- Assist in the service of food and beverage.
- Take charge of the property in the absence of the property manager.
- Order monthly supplies.

**Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 months of industrial training.
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Final semester or graduate student of the Hotel Management Program.
- Willingness to travel throughout India.

**What you get**:

- A salary bracket of 14k gross plus PLI, Provident Fund, and ESIC.
- Performance-linked incentives of up to 35% of gross salary.
- Accommodation and meals are provided by the company.
- The option to work at our properties across India.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
