**About GCN**:
As the digital content division of OML Entertainment, we develop branded content with creators and influencers across various digital platforms and formats. We strive to drive digital campaign resonance through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through.

Over the last 4 years, we have co-created more than 50 originals across nearly 15 content genres with over 20,000 content assets and worked with over 500 creators, building equity for the brands we work with. We have delivered campaigns in over 20 countries across South-East Asia, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Middle-East, Europe & Latin America.

As a team, we’re passionate about content and pride ourselves on our data-led and creator-first approach - representing the brand’s interest and helping creators grow and develop when we engage with them.

Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Bangkok (Thailand) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As we’re expanding we’re looking for highly driven and motivated individuals to join us.

The campaign Associates will need to become specialists in the branded content and cultural landscape in India. They would need a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to deliver impactful and engaging content solutions throughout the year.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an individual with 0 to 1 years of experience in working with youth-centric brands on social media channels, & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan & execute social media campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers. **Key responsibilities**:
- Develop social media page programming to increase user engagement on brands’ channels-
- Coordinate the creation of digital content for social channels (e.g. Social Media
- YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.)-
- Conduct research to study social trends, current benchmark patterns, and consumer behaviour-
- Develop community outreach approaches and strategies-
- Execute social media campaigns under the guidance of the campaign lead/ campaign manager-
- Plan the brands’ social media programming with the team based on monthly cadence, BAU, festive and marketing calendar-
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to get things done-
- Manage end-to-end social media channels-
- Publish posts on the client’s social media channels successfully and in a timely manner-
- Moderate and manage online feedback from fans and clients-
- Engage with fans and maintain their loyalty towards the brands through active community management-
- Continuously test for best timings and best practices to post on client’s social media channels-
- Researching creator landscape and staying on top of local trends-
- Negotiating with vendors and content creators to minimize cost-
- Creating pitch decks and maintaining documentation & reports-
- Brief content creators and clearly chart out deliverables and production expectations from creators-
- Manage client & creators expectations for smoother and unambiguous functioning-
- Liaising with the accounts team to raising of bills and ensuring timely payment to vendors**Skills**:
