**Tele-Marketing Executive - Premium Call Queue**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for making outbound calls to premium and high profile customers and regular follow up on leads assigned
2. Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
3. Selling Membership over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
4. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages
5. Understand Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew matrimony packages
6. Address issues / grievances of customers and provide them right customer experience.
7. Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team

4. Good proficiency in English and one of the regional languages
5. Telemarketing / Selling Skills
6. Basic computer skills - MS Excel, Word
**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹20,955.92 per month
