**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 Years of experience in handling hostel staff and day to day routine
- Good in documentation works.
- Able to speak & communicate in multilanguage like Tamil, English,Hindi,Telegu ,Malayalam etc.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To ensure smooth running of the hostel, mess, and other facilities within the hostel.
- To ensure that no ragging takes place in the MMCHRI hostels and maintain a ragging free hostel campus.
- To ensure maintenance of discipline in and around the MMCHRI hostel campus.
- To maintain daily attendance record of students, along with reasons for absence and same to report to higher officials whenever it is required.
- Oversee health, hygiene and general life of the residents in the hostel and to ensure that they observe the regulations and discipline in accordance with the rules framed by institution.
- Report to the Chief warden, in all cases of misbehaviour, indiscipline and illness of students residing in hostel / PG quarters.
- Safe custody and maintenance of such properties of the concerned hostel as are entrusted accordingly.
- To take action against a resident student for keeping any unauthorized guest/material in their room and same to be reported to chief warden.
- To supervise the Hostel care takers, sweepers, and other Ladies hostel staffs.
- To ensure the quality of food in the mess.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
