**Procurement Planning**: Developing and implementing procurement strategies and plans specific to the brass industry, considering factors such as demand forecasting, inventory levels, and market trends related to brass materials.

**Supplier Management**: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers of brass materials and components. This involves conducting supplier assessments, negotiating contracts and pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.

**Material Sourcing**: Sourcing brass materials and components from reliable suppliers while ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications. Continuously evaluating potential new suppliers to expand the supplier base and ensure a competitive advantage.

**Negotiation and Contract Management**: Negotiating favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers of brass materials. Managing supplier contracts, including price adjustments, delivery schedules, and terms of payment.

**Purchase Order Processing**: Preparing and processing purchase orders for brass materials and components based on requisitions. Ensuring accurate order details, quantities, and pricing. Coordinating with suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery.

**Inventory Control**: Collaborating with the inventory and warehouse teams to manage the stock of brass materials and components. Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing appropriate inventory control measures to optimize costs and minimize stockouts.

**Quality Assurance**: Working closely with the quality control team to ensure that purchased brass materials meet the required specifications and quality standards. Addressing any quality issues or non-conformances with suppliers and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

**Cost Analysis and Savings**: Conducting cost analysis and identifying opportunities for cost savings in the procurement process. Monitoring market trends, negotiating competitive pricing, and implementing cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality standards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information. Generating reports on procurement performance, supplier evaluation, and cost savings achieved.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
