- Act as an expert for global rollout projects Source-to-Pay.
- Execute Fit/Gap analysis and Master Data Collection (Rollout Template).
- Represent global standard in Fit/Gap Workshops and initiate deviation process/ approval where necessary.
- Act as interface between GB, Purchasing, IT and other service departments.
- Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration incl. know how transfer to support organization and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes and IT systems incl. Lessons Learned.

**Job Description**:

- Plan and Support in rolling out Indirect Purchasing related IT projects
- IT Tools support
- Being part of the tester team:

- Testing of Indirect Purchasing tools and update results in MFALM.
- Testing and release/decline of new versions/features e.g. new version test -> take part in the training, conduct the test cases, document results. Accept or decline test case and report the bugs and follow up
- Responsible for other support topics like a ticket creation, price changes in a special purchasing tools
- Support for back end setting changes (eg : new plant integration)
- On demand trainings for Indirect Purchasing tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate Engineer (Computer Engg prefered)
- Strong process mindset and IT affinity
- Knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA (MM module)
- Analytical thinking and decision making capabilities
- Very good communication skills and strong in collaboration within the team and with other project teams
- Very high customer oriented mindset
- Great networking skills and intercultural understanding
- Very good language skills in English
- Self-determined and structured way of working
- High motivation and engagement
- Understanding of project management procedure in agile and waterfall methods
