We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Credit Card Sales Department. As a Credit Card Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our credit card products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls to explain the features and benefits of our credit card offerings.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products based on their financial requirements and preferences.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our credit card products, including interest rates, reward programs, and fees, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively pursuing new leads and converting them into credit card customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with credit card-related concerns.
Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to credit card sales.
**Requirements**:
No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services, specifically credit cards, is desirable.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
