**Responsibilities for telesales executive-**
- Meeting regularly with the assigned Team Leader to discuss your performance and development needs by attending documented performance reviews.
- Customer service and admin duties.
- Monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
- Demonstrates fundamental sales techniques and experience through track record of achieving sales goal.
- Must be willing to be flexible across shifts as required by business needs.
- Associate's calls will be monitored a minimum achievement set on proficiency.
- Associate's Dials per Hour must not fall below minimum requirements.
- Associate must not fall below set minimum gross book to show rate in each fortnight.
- Associate's productivity should not fall below other standards as defined by management.
- Submit sales orders in an accurate manner.

**Desired experience for telesales executive includes**:

- Self starter with a hunger to succeed and a strong will to win.
- Consultative and strategic.
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve KPI’s.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to optimally utilise all channels of communications.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills required.
- Foreign Exchange experience preferred but not essential.

**Qualifications for telesales executive-**
- A strong record in successful B2B sales.
- Sales focused with excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Vietnamese), spoken and written.
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer services.
- Possess strong selling techniques.
- Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented.

**Salary**: Depends on total experience and Interview process too.
