- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- **Office Operations**:
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure functionality.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as attendance records and expense management.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have Reception & Admin experience of 1 year.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
