Looking for an Assistant Corporate Secretarial and Legal
Location - Fort
Experience - 2 yrs max
Salary - 18k to 25k JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assisting with Secretarial Compliances, Filing of ROC form, and Preparation of Secretarial records and register. Assisting with the organization of board meetings and the preparation of board packs Assisting with necessary documents for AGM, EGM, and board resolutions. Maintaining statutory records/share registrar (change of directors/shareholders, etc.) Preparing letters, memos, and other office correspondence (Work orders, AMCs, POs, Quotations, Proposals, etc) efficiently. Ensure the efficient and effective administration of legal department functions. Maintaining records through electronic and hard copy filing of documents Compile, proofread, and revise legal draughts and reports.
Profile - Fluent spoken and excellent written English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required, as is familiarity with legal documentation.
Graduates having 2-3 years of experience. Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 0 to 2 years of experience can also apply.
Pay Scale Rs.18,000 to 25,000 -take-home salary
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
