**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector through market research, networking, and lead generation.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, healthcare providers, insurers, and other relevant stakeholders.

3. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to identify market gaps and develop innovative solutions.

6. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our services and foster valuable connections.

7. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our healthcare solutions.

8. Monitor and analysing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

9. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven track record of success in business development within the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare technology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.

3. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including key players, regulations, and market dynamics.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.

8. Willingness to travel as required to attend meetings, conferences, and industry events.
