**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Receptionist cum Administration Assistant to join our team. This position requires a talented individual who can efficiently manage front desk operations while providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization to clients, customers, and visitors.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

**2. **Administrative Support**:

- administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.

3. **Office Management**:

- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
- Assist in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

4. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to support overall office efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
- Work closely with other staff seamless operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ₹10,682.90 - ₹18,320.88 per month
