**The **Opportunity**:
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
In this role, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and Avantor’s hiring activity across the Eastern Hemisphere with a focus in Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA). This position sits on-site at our Coimbatore, India location.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting and/or behavioral based interviewing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI etc.) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in a human resources generalist role, in-house recruiter and/or recruitment agency experience is required. Experience working within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team preferred.

**HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT**:

- Launch and lead the recruitment process for open headcount by interfacing with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify employment needs, conduct intake sessions and develop a recruitment strategy.
- Reduce time to fill by developing recruitment strategies to include attracting and nurturing prospects via direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining and referral methodologies.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Applicant Pipeline Management - Screening and Evaluation:

- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Job Postings:

- Lead the refinement and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.

Recruitment Strategy: Lead recruitment process life-cycle, including intake, sourcing and marketing, resume submittals, interviews, calibrations and offer processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand near-term staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss recruitment goals, challenges, and successes.
- Talent Intelligence Research and develop talent market intelligence reports, providing impactful labor market insights that help inform the execution of recruitment search strategies.

**OTHER**
- Shift: 1:00pm - 10:00pm Coimbatore
- All positions will follow current in-office requirements, specific to the office location.
- Relocation support and packages are not being offered for positions at this time.

- The salary for these positions will be determined based on the market rates for the location in which the role is based.
