Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Solar sector, targeting businesses, municipalities, and government organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Manage and prioritize sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges related to utility payments and suggest tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with the company’s services.
- **Consultative Selling & Presentations**:
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of ONEPAY’s products ( Solar)and services.
- Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts based on client requirements.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes within the utility sector.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of ONEPAY’s offerings.
- **Sales Reporting & Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance against targets and forecast future sales.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Participate in product training and industry events to stay up-to-date on best practices and product innovations.
